Derek Cook

Hi, my name is Carole Clatsoff. I’m fund raising for our very dear friend Derek Cook, age 52 who tragically passed away while riding his beloved motorcycle. It would help lift a great burden from his loving mother Sandy for this sudden and unexpected tragedy losing her only child. We all mourn his passing. Derek was a dear friend to so many. Any contribution would be much appreciated. The memorial service will be held on August 24 at 5:30 at the Harvest Church in Coconut Creek at 4801 Johnson Rd., 33073.
