This memorial fund has been created to honour the lives of Derek and Brenda Truss and to support Ami and Nate as they grieve the loss of their parents. For those who may be unaware, Brenda passed away unexpectedly in February and Derek passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on July 24.

We have created this go fund me because we know there are many people who care deeply about Ami and Nate and want to offer their support. These funds will be dispersed directly to Ami and Nate and will be used to ease any financial stress they may encounter during this difficult time. Brenda and Derek will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by Ami, Nate and by all of their family and friends. A public celebration of life and potluck for both Brenda and Derek on August 28th at the Centennial Park and Truss Residence (both on 52nd ave in Millet) at 2 pm.
