My name's Andy.

I've been living in hostels in London since last October, when I came back to the UK from living in China and Japan.

In China I was defrauded and lost nearly all my money, then in Japan I attempted to take my own life. I've since sought medical and therapy help with enormous gratitude to the NHS. And I've been receiving Universal Credit with enormous gratitude to the jobcentre and the DWP.

I currently have to move hostel every two weeks which is a massive upheaval that is bad for my mental health as it prevents any kind of consistency or peace of mind.

I've been accepted at a really lovely shared house with a really amazing landlord and some really friendly housemates.

I'm just £600 short of being able to pay for the deposit and rent in advance.

I'm happy to pay back the money that is donated or pay it forward.
