Deo’s Fight Isn’t Over - He Needs Us Now
Deo was trapped a year ago and has since lived as a forever foster with one of our members. His health issues are so complex that adoption isn’t possible - he requires constant special care.
This brave boy has already been through so much:
- Ear polyps & surgeries: Deo had severe polyps in both ears, and the surgeries left him completely deaf.
- FIV positive: Any infection is life-threatening for him.
Recent setback: His infection has come back, he’s battling diarrhea, and he hasn’t been eating well for days. He might need hospitalization, new medications, and a special diet.
Despite everything, Deo has a lot of life left in him (he's only 7 years old) if we can continue to provide the care he needs. But his treatments have already cost our rescue thousands of dollars, and we are still covering the bills of other cats we recently saved. The expenses far exceed what we’ve been able to raise.
