The widespread cancellation of group events has had a disproportionate impact on the Colorado arts community - especially those who rely on gigs to pay their bills. With all of the event cancellations, there is a lot of uncertainty around how some artists will be able to purchase food or pay rent.
We’re seeing canceled events through the end of this month and it's probably going to continue to grow. We originally created our artist database in the hopes to help alleviate some of that stress, and are hopeful it is a good first step. The Colorado list has grown to over 70 artists and we have helped facilitate lists in 6 other states. It's a start, but we know, as a community we can do more to help Colorado's artists thrive.

This fund is specific to COLORADO artists. The survey asks a few questions to help prove your residency. We do not have the time or resources to determine worthiness, so funds will be distributed on a first-come-first-served basis. All of the funds will be distributed to artists in need.
Based on the amount raised to date, we will offer $100 grants until the funds are all gone.
