Donations for Cody
On September 17, 2022, Cody, 16 years old, was diagnosed with a tumor. Originally we were told that it might be cancerous, but after examination from various specialists at the hospital, it was determined to be non-cancerous.
On September 18, Cody was discharged from the hospital with a diagnosis of Juvenile Nasopharyngeal Angiofibroma, which is a rare tumor that generally only affects teenage boys. His surgery date was set for a month later. However, a few days after his discharge, his symptoms worsened, he started losing vision, motor skills and his headaches became more severe.
On September 27th, Cody underwent a 16 hour long surgery to remove the tumor. The neurosurgeon said it was the largest tumor, of its kind, he had ever seen. Surgery was successful and he is stable, but there is more than likely a long road to recovery.
The donations will be used to help accommodate Cody in any way, it will help boost his spirits during his long stay in the hospital, and help to pay for any extra medical bills. Any and all donations are greatly appreciated. Thank you for your love and support, it means the world to us.
