Dental Surgery needed due to ongoing Cancer treatment

As most of you may know I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2021. This resulted in a mastectomy and medication called Letrozole that I need to take for a period of 10 years. (4yrs down, 6 more to go)

One of the many long term side effects is the reduction of my bone density. To slow the process they have prescribed another form of medication called Bon Vare.

For the past month my jaw and teeth have been very painful. On visiting my Dentist and after a thorough examination I need urgent Dental surgery which cost approx TTD $21,000 (USD $3,100). Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
