Dental Surgery For Thelma Sweetheart

Thelma Sweetheart is an 11 year old American Bully who needs help raising money for dental surgery.  She has a mass on her top front gum under her top lip, and it is affecting the way she breathes, eats and sleeps.

Due to Thelma's heart murmur, her age and the fact that she has not had the best care her whole life - she needs an appointment with a Cardiologist prior to being approved for the surgery.

The cardiologist appointment is $750 and she is booked for May 15th.
The high estimate for surgery is $2,692.50 and the date for this will be determined after she is cleared by the cardiologist.

28th April Thelma also visited the vet and had her seniors exam done, chest x-rays and other which was a total of $1,000.

A little background for you.
In 2017 Thelma was picked up as a stray (with her best friend Louise) in Los Angeles.  After being taken to South LA Animal Shelter she was rescued by Best Friends Animal Rescue and subsequently  transferred over to NKLA.

I adopted Thelma from NKLA in March 2018.  Thelma is my best friend and my world.  Last year my financial circumstances changed and I was not able to secure this procedure for Thelma then.  Thelma's insurance does not cover this procedure as it is a preexisting condition (among many other issues she has).
