Dental implants for child abuse survivor

My fiancé Tanner is in dire need of full dental implants at only 24 years old. He has to live with the pain and suffering of his past trauma every single day. He was severely abused as an infant which among many other injuries his jaw/bone and teeth were severely damaged, his teeth never were able to grow into his jaw properly. Over the past few years we have been going to many dentists trying to manage and fix the problems he is experiencing, and after many surgery’s and extractions his very last option is full “4 on 4 implants” too achieve a pain free healthy happy smile. Not only is he in pain every single day he has to look in the mirror and he reminded of his past, all the while affecting his overall confidence and lifestyle.  If anyone in this world is deserving of this procedure it’s him, he’s an amazing partner and loving father who works hours on end to support me and his daughter. We have some money already saved towards the procedure but it is just not enough. They are giving him a quote of 40,000$ for everything in total but if we can bring them at least 25,000$ down they can get the process started. Please help him finally get his much needed procedure so he can finally put his trauma. pain and suffering in the past were it belongs. Thank you.
