DENTAL FUNDRAISER FOR SCOTT

Hey guys I'm in need of oral surgery to remove all of my teeth and then get the all on 4 implants. My teeth are causing a lot of health problems including a heart attack and stomach issues. I cannot go to a regular dentist due to my severe white coat syndrome and panic attacks. I have to see an oral surgeon. I am a veteran and single father. Any amount is a blessing! Thank yall
