Hi my name is Dione . This is my niece, Tias, a 37 year-old with cerebral palsy who is unable to brush her own teeth and is incredibly stiff, she doesn't have any caretakers and her mother is overwhelmed with caring for her (making her unable to fulfill her dental and physiotherapy needs). Her mouth is now filled with bleeding cavities which make her cry for nights at a time, and she is unable to move her joints. The pain is unbearable, so much that her cheeks get swollen sometimes. She lives in Brazil, where there is no free dental or physio care so she has to pay out of pocket to get the procedures and therapy done. The $6000 will cover all her medical expenses and allow her to reclaim her oral health and stop her pain, as well as helping with her joints with physiotherapy.
