Deno's Stress Relief Fund for Ongoing Crisis

**CHANGED GOAL TO 1800€ (instead of 1400€) due to some unexpected medical bills. If I end up being able to pay them from sick leave money I will redistribute the money of this fundraiser to other cuties who need it more**

I am Deno (he/they), a neurodivergent trans person going through a mental and physical crisis.

I’ve been living the past ten years with what’s in psychiatry called: autistic burnout, complex-PTSD, bipolar I disorder, OCD, body dysmorphia, gender dysphoria... (hate these terms but yeah, you get what I mean).

Last month, I was hospitalized in an emergency unit since I was going through an intense state of psychosis. Since this psychotic episode, daily life “normal’ things are getting very difficult for me to manage on multiple levels. My “bipolar disorder” is manifesting itself in fast alternating changes in mood and thinking.

I will also be able to get an autism diagnosis this year to be able to get the disability status here in Belgium. All of those diagnostic tests etc cost a lot too though sadly.

Physically, I am on constant painkillers as my body seems to be in an extreme stress response since already some months by now. Muscles and joints are aching almost 24/7. Appointments with neurologists, rheumatologists, therapists and life coaches are being made as we speak. I also need to get NMR scans of my brain and spine.

On top of that, I will be hospitalized for 6 months from July on in a therapeutic centre close to my home that specializes in psychodynamic and holistic ways of healing.

Medical costs are slowly piling up and I have barely any money left on my bank account. I have a LOT of support from both chosen and bio family but it still feels like not enough unfortunately. I am currently living with my parents and am unable to work for the foreseeable future (2-6 months if not more). I am trying my best to get hold on this situation and trying to look for help wherever I can.. But I am in urgent need of some (material) stress relief.

Having some temporary financial support is also a basic need for safety to be able to get the medical care that is needed right now.
