Dennis's Surgery: A Soccer Dream on Hold

Hey my soccer family, my name is Dennis and I’ve had a long, fun, terrific soccer career playing in the top leagues in Colorado, Florida and California. I have experienced playing in semi professional division like UPSL, NPSL and USL through my life meeting amazing people along the way.

I recently got a shoulder injury playing D1 division with my current club Colorado Springs Pumas as a center back. Unfortunately my shoulder injury requires surgery which is scheduled to be on 8/28/2025. My medical insurance is covering only 75% of the cost so I am responsible to pay the rest.

Please help me cover the 25%, copays and deductibles so I can get my shoulder fixed. Anything helps, thank you so much if you made it this far.
