Dennis Edward Kelley, 50 of Proctorville, OH. passed away, Saturday, September 10, 2016. He was born March 12, 1966 in Kentucky the son of the late, Paul Edward Kelley and Wanda Litchfield Kelley. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his sister, Paula Annette Kelley. He was a graduate of University of Cincinnati, Ohio Northern University Law School, an attorney and owner of Kelley Law Offices in Huntington, W.Va. and attended Christ Temple Church, Huntington, W.Va. He is survived by his wife, Paula Marie Holovich Kelley of Proctorville, OH; children, Cait Paula Kelley, Sophia Ann Kelley and Lawrence Michael Peters all of Proctorville, OH. and Samantha Elise Kelley and Tyler James Gad both of Huntington, W.Va. A Celebration of Life will be conducted at 6:00 PM on Thursday, September 15, 2016 at Christ Temple Church, Huntington, W.Va. with Pastor Chuck Lawrence officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to assist with funeral expences and for his children's future. Arrangements are in the care of Henson & Kitchen Mortuary, Huntington, W.Va.
