Hi there, my name is Di and I am raising funds for the future needs, care and equipment our adult son Dennis Vanstone who was severely injured in the caravan explosion at Cudlee Creek on 8 th May. We were told he suffered 80% burns when the gas bottle exploded.

Many thanks to the blokes and staff at the park and the fire chief who were instrumental in saving his life. After a week in ICU ,induced coma and intubated he has come a long way but suffered severe burns to his hands, legs, face and body. Dennis is still enduring skin grafts, debriding and physio.

We are seeking funds to provide equipment and care as he learns to use his hands and move about. His rehabilitation will take time and Dennis will eventually come home to live. He is now homeless, unable to work and will need assistance.

Being mid 70's,we are seeking this funding support so that we can help him become independent. Living in a rural area, funding and support will be difficult to obtain, often requiring long trips to Adelaide in the future.
