As many of you know and some may not know, in June my brother-in-law suffered a seizure. He was rushed to Albany Med and the days and weeks now months since that day have forever altered our  lives. Dennis was diagnosed with a stage 4 glioblastoma. A brain tumor that carries a very poor prognosis. In most families this would be enough to handle but in mine, it is complicated by the fact that his wife, my sister Alicia has been battling stage 4 breast cancer since January 2019. 

Dennis has had 2 brain surgeries but that has left him with the inability to use his left side. The active tumor is currently gone and wecontinue to pray that he has more time. Time to be there for Kennedy’s wedding. Time to be there for Nolan’s wedding. Time to see Piper graduate from high school.

 We are very happy that he is home for Christmas but it has brought about more complications in trying to get him around the house(mostly 2 person transfer in and out of bed and other necessary transfers too) 

I want to be able to take something off of her plate. Everyone asks,how can we help? Well, here it is. Any amount will help to go directly to pay for private hire until Dennis can walk again. 

We will also accept all prayers if during this holiday season even 5 dollars is not an option to give. The Lord has been with them through this and we are asking for miracles.
