Dennis Needs Your Prayers and Support

My name is Kathy, and Dennis Tharp is my brother-in-law. He was recently diagnosed with colorectal cancer. After waiting almost three weeks, he finally had an appointment in Colorado Springs. He was immediately admitted with detrimental symptoms. He needs emergency surgery, but with dangerously low blood pressure, he has to wait till he's more stable. He'll have emergency surgery tomorrow because they are afraid to wait longer. This surgery is only a temporary fix to save his life. Then he'll have radiation or chemotherapy to shrink the mass, and then remove it. The overall expenses will be insane.

They are looking at a month of recovery. Then starting radiation or chemo to shrink the mass before it can be removed. Bonnie will be tending to him for the next 3 to 12 months. Bonnie will have lost so much income just from not working and no famli insurance left to help, they’ll have little to no income, let alone medical bills. We’re hoping for a little help and as many prayers as we can get.

DENNIS NEEDS YOUR HELP!

Dennis has been fighting Colorectal Cancer for several months now. He is almost at the end of his 6 weeks of daily radiation therapy. When he finishes this stage they are giving him a short break and then will start chemo therapy before checking to see if the actual mass is small enough to remove safely. He has been staying with some family in Colorado Springs.

Bonnie is working and then visiting Dennis on weekends, but this has obviously taken such a toll on their whole lives. Emotionally, they are still fighting are so appreciative of all the love and support they have received. However, they have been forced to sell their property and haven’t even begun to get the bills for the last several months. All donations will go toward medical bills or travel to and from the hospital.
