Dennis and Felicia's Fire Relief
Donation protected
On Monday September 28th my mom, Felicia, and her fiance, Dennis, received the terrible news that they had lost their home and all their belongings to the Glass Fire in St. Helena, CA.
The morning prior, they were woken out of a dead sleep at 4:00 a.m. to sirens wailing and firemen telling them to leave their belongings and evacuate their home. They moved to Northern California just under three years ago with big dreams. My mom nailed her dream job working for one of the biggest vineyards in Napa while her beloved Dennis received a great offer to work IT for a local bank.
Their world is turned upside down right now, and while they are fine physically , mentally and emotionally they are still trying to process everything. They are working diligently with insurance companies to receive funds for living expenses during this time and to help replace their belongings. While they go through this process, money will be one of the many worries on their list which serves the purpose of this page. With this page, we are hoping to relieve some stress in regards to costs of starting over, hotel living, etc.
While they left with only the clothes they were wearing, we've included ways to that you could also donate clothes! Their sizes are listed below along with a source of contact of who you can donate to based off of where you are located. Please, only clothes in good condition (no stains, rips, holes).
Felicia: Medium shirts/jackets, 8 jeans, 8 shoes
Dennis: Extra Large shirts/jackets, 36x32 jeans, 10 shoes
Malayna in Las Vegas, NV
Kailey in Las Vegas, NV
Sonora in Bremerton, WA
Felicia and Dennis in Nappa Valley, CA
If you would like to donate clothes, please reach out through this page.
Being mindful with COVID going on, it would help greatly to freshly launder any donations and transfer them to a plastic bag prior to donating.
In this time, ANYTHING helps. Please send all the prayers, good thoughts or vibes their way!!
Thank you so much!
