Our dear friend Denise is facing one of the toughest battles of her life—breast cancer. She has been incredibly strong and resilient throughout her diagnosis, but she now has surgery scheduled and will need significant time to heal.

Her doctors have advised that she will be out of work for 6 to 12 weeks while she recovers. As many of you know, being out of work for that long brings not only emotional and physical challenges but also financial ones. During this time, she will need help covering everyday expenses like her mortgage, utilities, groceries, and medical bills.

Denise is a single mom who has raised her 3 sons mostly by herself. Her youngest is a junior in high school. She has always been the kind of person who shows up for others—with a smile, a kind word, or a helping hand. Now, it’s our turn to show up for her.
