Denied Insurance, Need Funeral Aid

This fundraiser provided me with a third of what was needed to care for my father's funeral. Because of all the compassion you shared, I was able to meet the cost to send him in the way he deserved.

The words "he was a good man" are nowhere descriptive enough for what he meant to those who knew him or those who still carry on who he was in their own lives. He was "worthy" is an understatement. The statement he was "loved" falls short of the importance he maintained in his family's esteem.

His responsibility in making us who we are today was fulfilled in such ways that are plentiful and indescribable. Our only true testament to who he was is by embracing all we have learned to carry it forward. He cannot be summed up in words. Let our actions speak louder.

I am grateful to everyone here. My simple thank you cannot ever be enough. This meant the world. All of what was contributed has helped pay for the funeral, legal fees for documents, military rights (footstone as well), headstone fees, burial, and the services. I could not have done it without all of you. He would not be able to rest without all of you.
