Help Restore the Thomas Family

Peace and Blessings Family and Friends.

I regret to bring the news that on the morning of Tuesday, February 24th, my cousin, Denetra Thomas' home was vandalized before being set on fire. As a result, Denetra and her 3 kids are now homeless. Consequently, her kids, Jordan, "Choup," and "Monee"  are unable to attend school because they lack the bare necessities such as school supplies, uniforms, socks, shoes and so forth.

I understand times may be difficult for us all but I'm asking the citizens of Ville Platte, family, friends, co-workers and all alike, to come together and help this family restore their life. Donations of any amount will be greatly appreciated...even if it's a couple dollars. To you, it may not be much, but to a single-mom, it's everything.

It is my hope that we can come together expeditiously as a community...as a family...and help Denetra and her kids pick up the pieces and get back to some sense of normalcy.
