There are two types of people in this world.. the doers and the dreamers. Most people are just dreamers thinking about things they wish would happen, but the doers are the ones who change this world. Demonte was the ultimate doer and had plans to make a massive impact on his community.

If you know Demonte, you know that he was one of the most beautiful souls you would ever come across. You also know he is one of the handiest people on the planet! From replacing an engine block to hanging a simple picture on the wall, no matter how big or small, he was the man for the job. Demonte was an extraordinarily talented and creative human being. On a path to building an empire and was ready to take his family and friends with him. He cared more about others than he did himself; this is felt throughout our entire community. Sadly.. his time with us has been cut short and he has been called to the gates of Heaven. Demonte will not be there alone, though. His beautiful grandmother will welcome him, who passed only a few weeks ago.

As some of you may know, death does not come cheap, and back-to-back funerals take a heavy toll on everyone involved. This family is so wonderful and so strong! They just need a little compassion, they just need our love. So by God's beautiful design, here is what we can do for them:

We can assemble an army of loving-caring people ready and willing to come and help with their struggles. We can unite our community and show this family the love of God by helping them with their funeral and memorial costs. However big or small, if you have the means, please lend a helping hand. They need you!!!

It's so rare that we get an opportunity to affect so much change outside of our immediate circle. We think back to how many people poured into our lives with their generosity, time, money, encouragement, and it is the ultimate blessing. The impact that those people had on our lives can never be measured. We cannot thank you enough for caring about Demonte and his family. This will be a huge relief, and you're making it possible! Thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you.
