It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Demetrius Joseph, who departed this life on 9/22/2025 at the age of 52 after a courageous battle with COVID-19. Demetrius was a devoted father, a beloved family member, and a friend to many. His greatest joy in life was being a dad to his three children, who were his pride and purpose: Dylan Joseph, 25, Dorian Joseph, 18, and Aubree Joseph, 11. He instilled in them the values of kindness, perseverance, and love, leaving behind a legacy that will live on in their lives.

Those who knew Demetrius will remember his friendly smile, generosity, faithful heart, strong work ethic and will. He had the ability to make others feel seen and valued, and his presence brought comfort and strength to those around him.

Demetrius is survived by his children, as well as his parents Larry and Barbara Joseph as well as his younger brother Adrian Joseph.

We are currently in the process of making funeral arrangements and will provide additional details soon. In honor of his life, the family asks that friends and loved ones share their favorite memories and continue to keep his children in their prayers.

Though his time on earth was cut short, the love Demetrius gave will live on forever in the hearts of his children and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
