Trying to comprise Demetrius Damas into words is something not easy to do, but I will try my best to do so. I could tell you all how he was a loving father, hard worker, loyal friend, and one of the most outgoing individuals you've ever met but it doesn't even come close to summing up who he was.
The type of person if you were going through any problems, would be the first person to help you work them out. Anybody that had the privilege of even calling him on the phone will tell you that his "coolin coolin" response he gave you when asking how he was, would just make you smile.
Demetrius tragically passed away November 21st in a motorcycle accident leaving behind a 3 year old son who he absolutely adored. The goal of this go fund me is to give him the burial he deserves and ensure his son has the opportunity to pursue college or future endeavors he may chase as an adult. With the holidays approaching, I will also be accepting gifts for his son, wrapped or unwrapped (I will wrap if needed) to make sure this holiday is filled with joy after all.
We cant make this okay or bring him back, but we can make the financial hardship of losing a son, an amazing father, and amazing person a little easier.
