Hello, My name is Colt Sturgeon. I love my friends and for them and their families I'll do anything. Recently a friend and they're family lost a husband and a father to lung cancer. Something that happens all too often to good people and is far too painful.

Mr. DeMatteo left behind a wife of 25 years and three wonderful children. The kids he raised will become some of the strongest and kindest people you'll ever meet. His wife even stronger and now raising them on her own she will need our help.

Mrs.DeMatteo needs help from the community now more than ever. Cutting the household income in half has left the family vulnerable to losing their home, a home they fought for and nearly lost in the housing crisis of 2008, a home that should be passed down to her children one day. More than that they need to pay for the funeral. It's an unfortunate fact that funerals are expensive, profit from death and grief leaves families vulnerable to falling apart. We aim to change this and provide security until the family can stabilize.

I'll be putting all profits from my small photography company over the next year towards this family and their needs as they traverse the world with out their father and husband, but I'm only beginning the industry and these wonderful people will need all the support and love the world is willing to offer.
