This organization is dedicated to restoring and maintaining wild northern bobwhite and their native grassland habitats through science-based research and management, benefiting our soil, air, and water.
Your donation will directly support this essential mission. This fund raiser is targeted towards supporting young scientists who are working to advance our understanding of real world management actions to produce growing populations of wild northern bobwhite.
- Funds will be used to create a sustainable account towards a scholarship fund for select students to attend and present at the National Quail Symposium series.
- This scholarship, the Steve Demaso Distinguished Young Scientist, is dedicated in the memory of Steve Demaso, a luminary in quail science and management, who mentored countless young professionals. Steve served in numerous leadership capacities to advance bobwhite conservation, and he was lost to the community far too soon.
