The family of Delvin McPherson-Cox is attempted to provide him with the send off that was truly deserving of his loving and generous spirit. Unfortunately, Delvin's end has caught us by surprise. And he was unaware that he needed transfer his life insurance when he was discharged from the U.S. Coast Guard earlier this year.
