I am a volunteer with Convoy4Ukraine, a UK nonprofit dedicated to delivering donated 4x4 vehicles, ambulances, and critical supplies - like generators and medical equipment - to community organizations in Ukraine. To date 561 volunteers have delivered 297 vehicles organized in 24 convoys. I'm on their Sponsor page towards the bottom. I am a driver/navigator on the convoy scheduled to leave the UK in October to deliver 12 vehicles to Kyiv.

The money generously contributed to this GoFundMe will go toward adding a reburbished ambulance to the convoy leaving for Kyiv at the end of October. Anything left will be contributed to Convoy4Ukraine to use as needed. Every contribution is tracked in a dedicated bank account, and I will close the fundraiser before my trip in October.

Why is this personally meaningful to me? Like many, I've followed the war in Ukraine and tried to help in small ways. Over time, my respect for the Ukrainian people has grown to the point that I don't just want to help, I want to be there. What I bring home is much more valuable than anything I can provide in return.
