Hi my name is Liberty !

When I signed up for my 200-hour yoga teacher training in Bali, I knew I wanted to make the most of the experience and do something meaningful beyond my training.

Having travelled around Asia myself, I’ve seen first-hand how difficult sanitary products can be to access and how expensive they can be. Something that many of us take for granted can be a real challenge for others.

Through my training programme, I have the opportunity to collect donations of sanitary products, and I’d love to take this a step further by visiting local schools in Bali and personally delivering these essentials to girls who need them.

My aim is to help make period products more accessible and support girls in feeling comfortable and confident, without having to worry about something as basic as their period.

Every donation, no matter how small, will help towards making a difference. I’d also love for you to follow along with my journey through my socials @SundayPractices to join me on this journey
