Help Me Reach Nationals With My Volleyball Team

Hi, my name is Delilah, I’m 15 years old, and I play middle blocker on a competitive volleyball team. I’ve been playing for 2 years, and it has completely changed my life.

This season, I’ve been given the amazing opportunity to play on a national travel team, which is something I’ve worked incredibly hard for. This team will be competing in high level tournaments across the country, and it’s a huge step toward my dream of playing Division 1 volleyball at Cal Baptist University.

This opportunity comes with a big financial cost. Between travel, hotels, tournament fees, uniforms, and training, the total is around 5,000 dollars. My family and I are doing everything we can to make it happen, but finances are especially tight right now. We just welcomed a new baby into the family, and as you can imagine, that comes with a lot of extra expenses.

Volleyball has become a true passion of mine. I love the game, the energy, the teamwork, and the personal growth it gives me every single day. Being able to play at Nationals would not only help me grow as an athlete, but it would get me one step closer to my dream of playing at the college level.
