Hi friends. Landlord has terminated my lease.

Been here 20 years. Some stuff will go down to the alley. Most is family furniture, etc and will come with. At 66 I'll need help schlepping all of it:

There is also something new since I last did this: move-in fees. Some places charge application fees too.

First month's rent is often required for quick moves, to hold the place.

It adds up. I swore the next move I made would be to a house or nice condo, but life has other plans. Thank you for helping out. ❤️
