The purpose of this Fundraiser is to create a war chest to assist funding legal cases against the state of Delaware to secure the freedoms of its citizens against the excessive executive orders issued by Governor Carney.

We seek to protect small businesses, our fragile economy, and the mental health and civil liberty of its citizens.

This fund is a war chest to pay for the legal defense needs of anyone who may encounter an over reach of our state Government and to further the cause to get our State reopened as quickly and safely as possible.

This effort does not cease as the Governor eases restrictions. We could find ourselves in similar quarantine situations should this virus or some other situation arise where our Government would seek to stifle citizen's rights.

We must bring cases to prevent our governments from ever attempting to do this again.

We have reached out to and acquired the support of Rob Arlett, Delaware's leading GOP spokesman for President Donald Trump's election campaign, and many others. He is also working to follow up with the US Attorney General by creating a cooalition of elected officials in DE to seek his inquiry into the executive orders mandated against Delawarean citizens.

We have also reached out to Tom Neubeurger, a top constitutional lawyer in Delaware, and he is aware of our group and our fundraising efforts. He has agreed to connect us with any plaintiffs that reach out to him who wish to pursue a case but might have financial difficulty in doing so. That is where we are hoping to step in.

This shutdown has the power to continue to destroy our way of life. We can no longer continue to ignore the other life-threatening issues that this mandated shutdown is creating. We advocate to protect the vulnerable, and release the healthy to pursue their Life, Their Liberties, and to once again enjoy their Happiness.
