Mi nombre nombre es María Mercedes Socorro y el es mi tío, Fernando Rafael, uno de los tíos más queridos por toda la familia Ortega, su actitud positiva, jocosa y siempre dispuesta a ayudar a los demás le han ganado la estima de muchas personas que han tenido la oportunidad de conocerle y que con una simple conversa se dan cuenta de su buena disposición para tenderle la mano a todo el que lo necesite.
Su cariño por la gente va más allá, permitiéndose encarnar al tan querido personaje San Nicolás para brindar alegría a los niños más necesitados en los lugares de menos recursos.
Hoy Tío F, como cariñosamente le decimos, necesita de toda nuestra ayuda, ya que el pasado lunes 5 de Noviembre del 2018, sintió un fuerte dolor en el pecho que no paró allí, al visitar al cardiólogo, el Dr. Cesar Perozo, recibe la difícil noticia que sufre de Valvulopatia Aortica, Cardiopatia Isquemica e Hipertensiva y Cardioangioesclerosis y que tienen que realizarle un cateterismo, pudiendo necesitar una segunda cirugía, informando además que ambas cirugías son altamente riesgosas para él.
La primera cirugía se realizó el día 13 de noviembre, descubriendo que necesitaba 2 stent para sus arterias coronarias que gracias a Dios fueron colocados con éxito en dichas arterias que eran prácticamente inexistentes, dándole un uno por ciento (01%) de probabilidades de vivir, siendo indispensable la segunda cirugía, donde se debe reemplazar la válvula aórtica; sin embargo su vida aún pende de un hilo, ya que al revisar su válvula aortica, la misma está calcificada en un 99%, sólo deja pasar un 1% de flujo sanguíneo, (estenosis aórtica crítica) dejando ya la premisa de que es necesaria una segunda cirugía para un reemplazo valvular el cual debe ser realizado lo más pronto posible.
Para determinar si existía la posibilidad de realizar esta cirugía de forma endoscopica a través de una percutanea o abierta, se realizó una tomografía de las válvulas, los resultados fueron enviados a Holanda, ya que la empresa que elabora la válvula protésica se encuentra ubicada allá, confirmando la posibilidad de una cirugía endoscopica, si bien esta es más costosa, también es menos riesgosa y con mejores resultados que realizando cirugía abierta.
Para realizar esta segunda cirugía necesitamos de todo el apoyo de ustedes, ya que sólo la válvula tiene un costo de 29659$, aunado a esto se deben incluir el costo de un marcapasos, gastos de clínica y honorarios profesionales, y se escapa del presupuesto de todos, a sabiendas de la difícil situación que atravesamos los venezolanos.
Te pedimos nos ayudes a lograr recaudar los fondos necesarios para esta cirugía, ya que no tenemos mucho tiempo, nuestro tío F tiene que realizarse este riesgoso procedimiento en menos de un mes, ayúdanos a regresarle la vida a Tío F, todos te agradecemos infinitamente tu apoyo y nunca olvidaremos que nos tendiste la mano.
