Deirdre Doherty Theatre Fund

This site is to raise money in aid of the Brookside Theatre in Romford, in memory of Deirdre Doherty.

The target is £4,500 which will fully refurbish the box office area, making it accessible to disabled theatre-goers, and a plaque in Deirdre’s name will be placed beside the box office on completion. The Brookside is a registered charity staffed entirely by volunteers, and currently the only theatre serving Romford, where Deirdre grew up.

This will be a lovely and fitting tribute to her life and love of the performing arts, and Deirdre’s family wish to thank you for your generous contribution.
