Deidre Burton's Cremation Services

Peace and blessings, y'all. My name is Maya Burton and I am so grateful to be the daughter of such a poise, intelligent, caring and compassionate person my mom was and still is, Deidre Burton.

She would put aside what she was physically going through to help someone else in need, lend her ear to what they were were going through, offer any advice or words of encouragement and anything else she felt in her heart and soul to do. She would talk your ear off at times but you wouldn't mind because her words felt like honey and her tone made you feel at home.

My mom was diagnosed with Stage 4 breast cancer in 2019 and she went through so much pain and discomfort up until her transition, but the fact that she persevered, found strength each day and moment to continue on is a testament to how powerful of a woman she is. Later in her life, she truly valued being a minimalist and living a simple life, not needing nor wanting a lot of possessions and hoopla, which is why she decided to be cremated and have her ashes feed and nurture everything living in nature. She transitioned August 29th, 2022 late in the night, in peace, without pain, no more suffering and knowing everything will be okay.

Through it all, she made an effort to help me and my brother financially as much as she could and did so up until she transitioned. I unfortunately can't afford to pay for her cremation services and it would mean the world to me to take care of her one last time.
