Hello Friends and Family. I am raising funds to help Dee. The funds will be used to assist in Medical costs along with day to day expenses. Here she explains what she is currently going through. ***Last week I had a sudden incident where the doctors thought that I had a stroke and/or seizure, but it turned out to be neither. As of today, they are saying that I have "functional neurological disorder". My biggest obstacles are slurred speech, a significant studder, memory issues, fatigue, weakness and no sensation from my knees to my feet. I use a walker to help me get around (I stay up stairs only) along with some other tools to assist with my personal hygiene. Currently I'm in PT, OT and ST 5 days a week. While we have 4 MRIs and 2 EMG tests coming up, the Mayo bills are also coming in. Some days are rough, but I'm in good spirits as I face this new journey. Dee has always been a strong and hard working woman. So is not easy for her to ask for help. She is in for some major medical bills as you can see.
