We are sports therapists based at Lochlands Mill and have put this funding page together to raise funds and awareness around the importance of defibrillators. With a defibrillator and outdoor cabinet then being installed at Lochlands Mill next to clinic. This will be for any member of the public to use in the unfortunate event of a cardiac arrest.

With the nearest defibrillator to Lochlands approximately 2.5miles away, travel time and accessibility makes it a lot more complex for someone in need.

If a defib is used within the first 3-5 minutes, chance of survival could be 50-70%

For every 10 minutes that passes without a defibrillator being used chance of survival decreases by 10% a minute!

For any cafe users, holiday makers/ residents at the caravan park, clients, workers, passers by, commuters on A90- it really could save a life!
