I have the need to appeal which I have resisted for eight or so years. I am not comfortable with the "victim" role and that has kept me from posting until today.

I am the little guy who can't fight the mega bank. I have had council which has been awesome however, due to some very serious health issues, he is unable to represent me in court.

There has been one other firm who has shown interest but they require $5 large up front

Needless to say, I don't have it.

There is no question as to the validity of our claim. PNC Bank has relied on the attrition model of aggressive foreclosure, assuming that they can tie us up in court until we can no longer pay our representation.

We are at the end. this is undoubtably a Hail Mary.

I have never begged in my life (with the exception of Jen Martin in the 11th grade).
