Defense Against a Beach Bully

Sarah McKenna took her 2 year old son to the beach and a man verbally assaulted her and let his dogs eat the baby's food, just over where she was sitting. She had a right to be there and he infringed on her civil liberties. Now he is suing her for libel and trespassing. He has a lot of money and corporate lawyers at his beck and call. She has no money and works two jobs.

Addionally this case may have a broader impact on RI Resident's Rights to use their own beaches. It is in the state constitution and she was exercising her right. She wasn't trespassing and it is not libel when you are speaking the truth. If people can donate, even a small amount, it would help. Thanks to all who believe David can take on Goliath.
