For years I have helped dr’s and nurses, hospital staff, and general public during winter weather. Giving rides to those who need it and for the most part have critical positions. Also, I will respond to stranded drivers in this type of weather, either giving them rides to where they are going or pulling their vehicles from being stuck.

Never have I had an issue doing this for people. I don’t charge, nor even accept tips or anything. I save up my own money throughout the year to pay for my own fuel and wear and tear on my vehicles… this is one of the ways I pay tithes & give back to GODS people, sharing my own testimonies and just loving thy neighbor!

Well, now someone has decided to sue me because another vehicle slid down an icy hill into his vehicle while I was attempting to recover his vehicle from being stuck. Claiming that I caused the accident.

Now, I have to hire a defense attorney to fight for me. I cannot risk trying to represent myself in this case. I have zero way to pay for such a defense as the minimum is 5k for most any attorney and even possibly more….

I have never asked for such assistance, but I honestly do not know what else, where else to turn. I BELIEVE that GOD will provide the assistance I need through people that see this….
