Advocacy Campaign: Protect the Druze Community in Syria

The Druze are an ancient ethnic-religious minority indigenous to the Levant, who have lived in peace for centuries. They are a non-violent community whose only wish is to live in dignity, maintain their identity, and pass their traditions to the next generation.

In recent months, the Druze population in southern Syria—particularly in Suwayda and its surrounding villages—has been facing a deliberate campaign of ethnic cleansing. What many in the West interpret as “sectarian violence” is in fact a coordinated operation orchestrated and executed by the Syrian regime under Sharia law, using local collaborators and extremist proxies to carry out atrocities on its behalf.

Our goal is to preserve all evidence and documentation of the atrocities committed against the Druze, including footage, witness testimonies, and forensic proof, before the regime manages to destroy it. These crimes were committed in the last moments of villages under siege, and they clearly aimed at the annihilation of this ancient ethnic-religious minority.

We call on the international community, human rights organizations, journalists, and decision-makers to:

* Recognize these massacres not as internal disputes, but as state-led ethnic cleansing;
* Acknowledge the Druze as a vulnerable minority under imminent threat;
* Expose these crimes to English-speaking audiences and policymakers;
* Support our effort to launch a media and awareness campaign, including translation, editing, and outreach tools;
* Understand the severity of the threat: the perpetrators themselves explicitly declared that once they are done with the Druze of Suwayda, they will move on to annihilate the remaining Druze communities.

This campaign is led by Covenant Non-Profit in close coordination with local activists and witnesses on the ground. We are working around the clock to bring the truth to the world stage—but we can't do it without your help.

Donate to help us preserve evidence, translate testimonies, and amplify the voices of survivors before it is too late.
