After 30yrs BMusique Studio is facing a new twist in the unlawful eviction attempt by its landlord TCHC.
They are wrong and Bryant can prove it.
We have new facts and a solid plan - he could win a precedent that could help all studios and
artists who work from home.
TCHC applied last week to get a writ of possession - court order to remove and charge him costs- without notice. But Bryant found out and filed his intent to appear Feb 27th. The date is not set yet, but now they have to tell him. He will have to appear any day soon to stop TCHC from obtaining a writ of possession.
Please help reach the goal of 7k legal expenses asap he has found para legal support and needs help with procedures of affadavits, legal research, filing etc.
WE REMAIN PREPARED - If he loses at the hearing, and they get their order-we will need people to help to pack and carefully move equipment and instruments, and bring vans, trucks, cars, food and drink!
