Hi, my name is Jordan, and I’m raising funds to support my friend Alex—a proud member of the LGBTQ+ and immigrant communities—who is currently facing wrongful treatment and discrimination from ICE, despite being a legal U.S. citizen.
Alex has been unjustly targeted due to his ethnicity, identity, and background. Even after providing documentation of his citizenship, ICE has continued to harass and threaten detention, undermining his rights and safety. This situation has severely impacted his mental health, job stability, and housing security.
As a queer person of color, Alex is no stranger to injustice—but no one deserves to live in fear in their own country.
