Defence Forces Benevolent Fund

Please join us in making a difference

We are raising money to aid the Defence Forces Benevolent Fund, which provides economic relief to past and present members of the Defence Forces and their families. To do so, the 7th Infantry Battalion will conduct-

"The Murph" workout consists of a one-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and another one-mile run workout.

Every donation, big or small, will help and be very appreciated.
