EDIT FEBRUARY 3, 2026:

To date, I've spent $435,000 in total costs associated with this case. We won the motion for summary judgment in District Court in October 2023 and the Appellate Court affirmed this decision on December 30, 2025.

We are awaiting the ruling on the Anti-SLAPP by the Appellate Court. The importance of this motion is the defendant (me) will recoup all costs associated with the lawsuit & a $10,000 reward.

Hi, my name is Spencer Cornelia and I'm a YouTuber who uncovers unethical business practices, fake gurus, and influencer lawsuits. Sadly, I have been sued in a frivolous case in an attempt to silence criticism from a prominent influencer: Derek Moneyberg.

Moneyberg filed a lawsuit against me in June 2021 and to date I've spent $282,000 on legal fees.

I have covered 100% of my expenses thus far and am asking for help so I can ensure I have enough to see this until the end.
