Our Deerwood Community is planning to take an unused section of property and create a corridor and habitat for birds, bees, butterflies, rabbits, deer and many others. Native plants, flowers, shrubs and trees will highlight this space, which is 1/3 of an acre. One of our end goals is to achieve certification from the Canadian Wildlife Federation as a Wildlife Friendly Space. We need donations to assist us in covering the costs of ground cover, shrubs and trees.
