Hello there! My name is Ethan Hill, and I'm a yoga instructor and breath coach from the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Asheville, NC.


Starting in August, though, I'll be traveling to 20 states and 50+ cities hosting a breathwork seminar called 'Deeper. Slower. Easier. — The Breath Workshop To Change Your Everything'.



In each city, I will meditate publicly in their downtown area, live-streaming it to Instagram and raising money for Cool Earth, a non-profit dedicated to protecting the Amazon Rainforest.



I got interested in the topic of breathwork after years of struggling with chronic, low-level health issues. In college, I studied like an engineer and partied like a frat boy, which meant binge drinking three to four times a week and staying up till 2 AM the other nights studying.
All of this meant constipation for days, social anxieties, high expectations, judgment, bitterness, bloating, and lethargy. I seemed to be constantly sick and rarely slept well.

I also suffered from a chronically torqued spine at the time due to a traumatic collarbone break as an 11-year-old.
For over a decade, my right shoulder and chest caved in, dramatically reducing my fitness, agility, confidence, concentration and even eyesight.

After diving deep into the science of yoga post-college, I discovered the simple and surprising remedy to nearly all of my health issues: breathwork.

Conscious breathing has all but fixed my once-horrid posture, which has significantly helped mitigate my back pain, and, believe it or not, returned me to 20/20 vision.



Breathwork has helped me wake up faster, sleep deeper, improve my digestion, run longer distances, overcome social anxieties, and...no joke...has even helped me come to terms with my mortality.

Since these realizations, I've dedicated my life to the spiritual path and sharing the ancient science of yoga with the world.



Based on a combination of modern engineering principles and ancient yogic philosophy, the Deeper. Slower. Easier. workshop packages up all of my accumulated knowledge and wisdom on the topic into a "fast-paced," "practical," and "life-changing" event.

This fundraiser is a chance for me to purchase necessary equipment for my travels: microphones, cell phone range boosters, projectors, speakers, eye pillows, blankets, yoga blocks, phone stands, hiring social media specialists, paying for Facebook advertisements, etc!

There's a lot that goes into this kind of venture.

My purpose on this Earth is to spread love and yoga. I have an important message to share and need your help to do it!
