Deedee Needs Us: Breast Cancer Surgery Fundraiser

Hi, I am Courtney, and I am asking for help for a very close friend. Deedee is such a strong, beautiful person and I would like to support her through this breast cancer journey she is working through.

Since being diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer last March, she has not been able to work full time. Chemotherapy was almost daily for 8 months. If you have ever been there for someone going through chemo, you know the side effects alone make it almost impossible to work. It cripples you mentally, physically and financially.

While most of the journey is almost over, there is one last surgery that is needed at the end of April. At this time, money is extremely tight and the cost of the co-pay for the surgery will surely make her financial situation exponentially worse. I need your help to raise money for the co-pay for the surgery and recovery costs.

For the majority of the year that she has been on this journey, she has been alone. This is our chance to show her that she is supported by loved ones. No dollar amount is too small; anything you can do to help is greatly appreciated.
