"Update"

My sister - who is suffering from terminal lung cancer and is dealing with a mountain of medical and other bills has had to endure yet another tragedy in her life.  

Her daughter Danielle was killed in a tragic car accident last month. As her brother, I'm unsure what to say about it - other than I can't fathom what she must have gone through these past weeks. 

I'm posting an update to ask for any small amount of help for her and her husband Dave as they now have to deal with the aftermath of the death of a child and all the costs incurred when trying as best they can with all of the other issues and costs in their lives. 

If you can help and donate what ever you can, it would be sincerely appreciated.

"Former Posting"

My sister Diana and her husband Dave Lemmerman are both dealing with multiple life issues that can only be described as horrible. We are trying to raise some funds to help them manage their day to day lives and for Dave to be able to afford a needed specialist for his heart condition.

My sister Diana has terminal lung cancer. Over the past two years she has had to deal with rectal cancer and a heart attack. This past year the cancer spread to her colon which was removed. This past February she was told she about the terminal lung cancer.

Her husband Dave has also been dealt a series of health problems including a couple of heart attacks.  And now he's been told he has a rare heart condition where the interior heart muscle has grown inwardly, disrupting the flow of blood inside his heart.  Lately he has been dealing with seizures and has had to be hospitalized.

Being unable to work they have been evicted from their apt. and are living with Dave's mom as a temproary measure. 

They have been married for 30 years and have two wonderful children and a grand daughter. They have always been hard working people who cherished family above all else.  Diana takes care of her grand daughter Maddy while her daughter is at work.  

Diana is not able to work now and is waiting to collect disability which could take months. Dave is only able to work about a dozen hours a week or less due to the nature of his heart condition. 

Even through all of this they have remained optimistic about their lives.  But still, it's been very hard on them. They have both lost their income over the past two years with these medical issues. It has been devastating.

They really need your help. 

Any donations will help with:

· Numerous medical bills, prescriptions, chemotherapy and doctor visits.

· Financial support to help the family focus on Dave's recovery once he's had surgery,  Diana's chemotherapy treatments and for any future expenses related to her terminal illness. 

Please help and give what ever you can. It’s not so much about the money but more with how the bills are piling up well. Please help Diane and Dave focus on quality of life issues and not be so overwhelmed with all of the financial burdens and the stress that goes with it.
