Rewriting the Narrative Around The Black Body

Greetings! My name is Dr. Giavanni Washington, creator of The Black Goddess Within Oracle Deck and expert on Ancestral Restoration.
I'm raising funds to support 30 Black Women through Meet The Goddess Within: Across The Threshold , a 3-month initiation to reclaim their birthright, rewrite the narrative around the Black Body, and tell their untold stories.
The women will also be documenting their journey through a photo shoot, the images from which will be used to create the next Black Goddess Within Oracle Deck (to be published at a world-renowned publishing house...we're so excited!).
The first of its kind, the Black Goddess Within Oracle Deck features photographs of Black women embodying the wisdom of the Goddesses from the continent of Africa.
This deck is dedicated to disrupting the colonial thinking that mediates the perception of Black Beauty, erases the deep roots of Black Divinity, and hinders the embodiment of Black Joy!
It is a vital restoration.
I am 100% committed to changing the way the world sees the Black Body.
It is my daily artistic, personal and professional practice.
As such, I am committed to keeping this work accessible to those of variable means.

IN-PERSON Features: Threshold Crossing Ceremony (May 20-21, 2022)
*Sumptuous dinner at a famed Black-owned California Soul restaurant on a gorgeous outdoor patio
*Luxury Goddess Photoshoot, including Professional Wardrobe Consultation, Make-Up & Hair Styling
*Heavenly lunch provided by Black-owned restaurant
*A stunning, high-resolution digital image for personal use
*Electrifying African Drum and Dance Ceremony & Celebration
Shaking off the burden of oppressive systems, each participant will uncover the divinity, value, power and purpose inherent in themselves.
Will you join me in making reparations through a life-changing project that simultaneously combats the whitewashing in spiritual spaces and humanizes Black lives?
